archetype: stage_driven — обмежена vs поширена стадія є домінантною точкою розгалуження. Сучасний стандарт: при поширеній стадії — комбінації хіміоімунотерапії; при обмеженій — хіміотерапія з одночасною променевою терапією. Таргетні / біомаркер-керовані опції (наприклад, DLL3-таргетний тарлатамаб для поширеної стадії у 2L+) лише з'являються та поки що не є стандартом першої лінії.
