Notes

HCC is the canonical "hybrid" archetype: BCLC stage drives the modality cascade (resection / transplant / ablation for 0-A; TACE / TARE for B; systemic for C; supportive for D), AND etiological factors govern parallel decisions (HBV prophylaxis on ICI / chemoTACE; HCV treatment-and-link for SVR; MASH lifestyle; alcohol cessation). Child-Pugh class is the universal modifier — every BCLC stage has a CP-A vs CP-B vs CP-C subdivision, and CP-C generally precludes systemic therapy. This commit ships systemic-therapy-only logic (BCLC C, CP-A) — the curative modalities (surgery, transplant, ablation) await the PROPOSAL §17 ratification. The disease is therefore marked `partial`.
