Red Flag Origin

DefinitionDocumented occupational aromatic-amine exposure — benzidine, 2-naphthylamine, 4-aminobiphenyl — primarily in historical pre-regulation dye, rubber, leather, pigment, and chemical-manufacturing industries (mostly pre-1980s in regulated countries; ongoing in unregulated jurisdictions). IARC Group 1 carcinogen for bladder cancer. Engine routes to PreventionPlan recommending annual urinalysis + cytology + low-threshold cystoscopy for hematuria + smoking cessation.

Notes

Prevention-persona RedFlag for aromatic-amines → urothelial bladder cancer prevention. Fires on documented occupational exposure. DIS-UROTHELIAL anchor preferred but using DIS-HCC as fallback if not in KB on this branch. STUB pending two-Clinical-Co-Lead signoff per CHARTER §6.1 dev-mode.
