Mandatory pre-treatment screening for any regimen containing rituximab, obinutuzumab, daratumumab, isatuximab, blinatumomab, or other B-cell-depleting / plasma-cell-depleting agents (HBV reactivation risk well-documented; ASH/ASCO/AASLD all align). Rules engine consumes as boolean flag: HBsAg+ OR anti-HBc+ → RF-HBV-COINFECTION fires → forces entecavir prophylaxis (or tenofovir if entecavir resistance) before any cycle of CD20/CD38-targeted therapy. Wired into CHL, DLBCL, MM, SMZL, Burkitt 1L algorithms.
