Notes

Scaffolded for batch #2: focus on locally-advanced (FIGO IB3-IVA) CRT and metastatic 1L systemic. Cervical is the second etiologically_driven disease in KB (after HCV-MZL); HPV is the near-universal causal agent. 4 RFs: hydronephrosis-from-pelvic-mass (organ-dysfunction emergency), HIV-coinfection (infection-screening + prognostic), bulky-disease (high-risk biology), frailty/age. Regimens: cisplatin-radiosensitization (concurrent CRT), pembro+chemo+bev (KEYNOTE-826 metastatic), tisotumab vedotin (innovaTV-301 2L+). Out-of-scope this commit: early-stage IA1-IB2 conservative surgery (cone, simple/modified-radical hysterectomy) — Surgery entity per PROPOSAL §17 needed; brachytherapy as separate modality.
