Denies pelvic pain, abdominal mass, weight change. TVUS shows endometrial_stripe 14 mm (PMB threshold >5 mm), heterogeneous, no mass-like distortion. CA-125 normal. PAP smear last age 60 (negative). BMI 34, T2DM × 8 yrs (Lynch / type-I endometrial risk profile). No HRT.
