Prevention / Early-Diagnosis Risk Assessment

HCP-mediated tool. Fill in the at-risk individual's profile below. The system identifies prevention-eligible risk factors (IARC Group 1 infectious carcinogens, hereditary pedigree red flags, occupational exposures, chronic conditions, iatrogenic + lifestyle) and generates a structured Prevention Plan with two tracks (standard intervention + observation alternative) per CHARTER §15.2 C4. Not a medical device; always verify with treating clinician.

A. Patient demographics
B. Chronic infections (IARC Group 1)

Each elevates risk of specific cancers; intervention is curative or risk-reducing antiviral / antibiotic / vaccine therapy.

C. Family pedigree (hereditary cancer red flags)

Computed flags. Pedigree-to-criteria evaluator is a v0.2-C engine extension (currently expects flags pre-computed by clinician).

D. Confirmed germline carriers

For individuals with a known pathogenic variant on prior testing — routes to syndrome-specific carrier surveillance.

D. Lifestyle & environmental risk factors
E. Occupational exposures (IARC Group 1)
F. Chronic medical conditions
G. Iatrogenic risk factors (prior treatment exposures)
H. Reproductive history (hormonal context)
I. Universal cross-cutting flags

Broad-spectrum risk flags that apply across multiple disease groups — augment disease-specific RFs above.
