Походження тривожної ознаки

ВизначенняHIV infection (positive serology) in an individual without a current AIDS-defining or HIV-associated malignancy diagnosis. IARC Group 1 carcinogen (HIV-1) — drives elevated risk of Kaposi sarcoma (KS), non-Hodgkin lymphoma (especially DLBCL, Burkitt, PCNSL), invasive cervical cancer (AIDS-defining trio), and elevated incidence of Hodgkin lymphoma, anal cancer, HCC (via HCV co-infection), and oropharyngeal cancer. Effective antiretroviral therapy (ART) with durable virological suppression substantially reduces all AIDS-defining malignancy incidence and modestly reduces non-AIDS-defining cancer incidence. Prevention-persona RedFlag (§20 ratification 2026-05-18).

STUB pending Co-Lead review. Cancer scope: anchored to DIS-DLBCL-NOS as the canonical HIV-associated NHL. KS, cervical, anal, Hodgkin, HCC are also HIV-associated; covered via screening recommendations in the ART indication rationale rather than discrete Disease anchors (until DIS-KAPOSI etc. land in v0.2-A authoring backlog).
