Propel ensaio (O'Connor 2011): r/r PTCL n=111 (incluindo PTCL NOS, AITL, ALCL ALK-, transformado MF) - ORR 29%, CR 11%, mDOR 10,1 mo. FDA- aprovado para r/R PTCL após ≥1 linha anterior. Mucosite é dominante toxicidade limitante de dose - folato OMANATOR 1 mg PO diário + vitamina B12 1 mg IM a cada 8-10 semanas durante a terapêutica + crioterapia oral / gargarilo de água fria durante a perfusão para atenuar.
