Notes

STUB — requires clinical co-lead signoff (CHARTER §6.1 dev-mode exemption). PRRT (¹⁷⁷Lu-DOTATATE; NETTER-1 trial, Strosberg NEJM 2017) is the major 2L option after SSA progression for SSTR2+ GI-NET. NETTER-1 showed ORR 18% and mPFS not reached vs 8.4 mo (HR 0.21). PRRT requires DOTATATE PET eligibility and specialized centre. Deferred for separate KB SSTR biomarker scaffolding + drug entity (DRUG-LUTETIUM-177-DOTATATE).
