STUB. USPSTF Grade A — average-risk CRC screening, every 3 years ages 45-85. Sensitivity ~92% for CRC, ~42% for advanced adenoma — higher than FIT alone but with lower specificity (~87% vs ~95%) → more false-positive colonoscopies. Positive mt-sDNA → diagnostic colonoscopy. Not for symptomatic, family-history Lynch/FAP, prior CRC/polyps, or IBD-associated surveillance.
