STUB. USPSTF Grade A — cervical cancer screening; cytology-only every 3 years ages 21-29, then cytology q3y OR co-test q5y OR primary HPV q5y ages 30-65. ASCCP 2019 risk-based management triages results into surveillance / colposcopy / excisional treatment. Cytology sensitivity for CIN3+ ~50-70% per single test; HPV-based primary screening (BIO-HPV-DNA-CERVICAL-PRIMARY) increasingly preferred.
