Notas

Os pacientes com risco adverso ELN-2022 são candidatos a TCHH alo inicial se adequado. Acrescenta urgência à busca do doador e desloca a via pós-indução (consolidação do HiDAC do deslizamento se rapidamente passar para o alô). FLT3-ITD com alta razão alélica + NPM1-wt é agora classificado adverso (abaixado de intermediário em ELN-2017). STUB — requer sinal de co-lead clinic.
