Notes
Standard 2L+ for R/R KMT2A-rearranged AML per AUGMENT-101 (FDA approval Nov 2024). Bridge to alloHCT for fit candidates achieving CR/CRh — revumenib monotherapy is not curative; durable responses in trial were largely consolidated by alloHCT. Differentiation syndrome (~16%) is the signature AE — same dexamethasone protocol as ivosidenib / enasidenib. QTc prolongation requires baseline + serial ECG. Bibliographic record SRC-AUGMENT-101 is available; clinical claim linkage requires dual clinical sign-off. STUB — pending Co-Lead sign-off.
