Notes

New Regimen entity reusing the existing DRUG-PEGYLATED-LIPOSOMAL- DOXORUBICIN Drug entity. The 20 mg/m² IV q2-3wk Kaposi sarcoma dose and toxicity-management triggers (hold thresholds for PPE, stomatitis, ANC/platelet nadir, LVEF decline) are transcribed directly from that ALREADY-EXISTING Drug entity's `typical_dosing`/`notes` fields (which independently document "Kaposi sarcoma: 20 mg/m² IV every 2-3 weeks" and the hold criteria -- verified by direct read of drugs/pegylated_liposomal_doxorubicin.yaml during independent review) -- not a newly invented figure. Pegylated liposomal doxorubicin is FDA-approved for AIDS-related Kaposi sarcoma (see DRUG-PEGYLATED-LIPOSOMAL-DOXORUBICIN.regulatory_status.fda. indications_brief). Direct inspection of that source's own KB record (sources/src_nccn_skin_2025.yaml) shows its title is "NCCN Clinical Practice Guidelines in Oncology: Basal Cell Skin Cancer" and its notes explicitly scope it to basal-cell...
