Notes
STUB — draft entity pending Clinical Co-Lead sign-off (CHARTER §6.1; dev-mode-exempted). JUPITER-02 (Mai HQ et al., Nat Med 2021, NCT03581786): toripalimab + gemcitabine/cisplatin vs placebo + gemcitabine/cisplatin in treatment-naive recurrent/metastatic NPC. Approximate reported results (pending verification against primary source): mPFS ~11.7 vs ~8.0 months (HR ~0.52), ORR ~77% vs ~66%; a later analysis reportedly also showed an OS benefit. FDA-approved (Loqtorzi) Oct 2023 specifically for this indication. Camrelizumab + GP (REG-NPC-GC-CAMRELIZUMAB, CAPTAIN-1st) is an equally evidence-supported alternative — see IND-NPC-1L-METASTATIC-GC-PD1 known_controversies for the toripalimab-vs-camrelizumab access/ evidence discussion.
