Notes
STUB — draft entity pending Clinical Co-Lead sign-off (CHARTER §6.1; dev-mode-exempted). CAPTAIN-1st (Yang Y et al., Lancet Oncol 2021): camrelizumab + gemcitabine/cisplatin vs placebo + gemcitabine/ cisplatin in treatment-naive recurrent/metastatic NPC. Approximate reported results (pending verification against primary source): mPFS ~9.7 vs ~6.9 months (HR ~0.55), ORR high in both arms (GP backbone alone is highly active in NPC). NOT FDA-approved — China/NMPA only, which is why toripalimab + GP (REG-NPC-GC-TORIPALIMAB) is the recommended default and this regimen is positioned as the equally- evidenced alternative. See IND-NPC-1L-METASTATIC-GC-PD1 known_controversies.
