Notes

Used for fit younger PTCL NOS / AITL when CD30 negative or brentuximab not accessible. CHOEP (with etoposide) showed improvement over CHOP in younger T-cell patients per Nordic data. 6 cycles + autoSCT consolidation in fit transplant-eligible — practice standard for PTCL/AITL despite limited RCT evidence.

Evidence for specific statements

These citations cover only the statements and scopes shown. They do not establish clinical approval of this record.

CHOEP21 monitoring follows its own 21-day regimen and drug-specific toxicity assessment. It must not inherit CD20-positive DLBCL, double-hit, IPI, CNS-IPI or anti-CD20-specific checkpoints from R-CHOP. Neuropathy assessment concerns vincristine; etoposide administrations occur on days 1-3. Count-based delay and growth-factor decisions require CHOEP-specific clinical review.

Regimen-specific monitoring only; not whole-record dosing, efficacy, eligibility, transplant or clinical approval.
