Preoperative alpha-adrenergic blockade (phenoxybenzamine, before pheochromocytoma/paraganglioma surgery)
Deterministic view of the source YAML entity. Clinical authority remains with the cited source IDs and reviewer sign-off state.
Knowledge-base record for audit. Provisional clinical content: this is not a prescription. An oncologist must verify original sources, applicability and review status. Full rules and constraints are in the YAML.

Notes
This regimen models the mandatory preoperative alpha-adrenergic blockade step described in the Disease narrative -- NOT a cytotoxic or antineoplastic regimen. It is the recommended_regimen on IND-PHEO-LOCALIZED-1L-ALPHA-BLOCKADE-ADRENALECTOMY and exists purely to prevent intraoperative catecholamine-release hypertensive crisis during adrenalectomy. Adequacy of blockade is gated by RF-PHEO-INADEQUATE-ALPHA-BLOCKADE, a hard hold on proceeding to surgery. No fixed target BP/HR numeric threshold is asserted here -- "adequate" blockade is a clinical judgment per Endocrine Society 2014 guidance, not a KB-invented number. STUB pending clinical co-lead signoff (CHARTER §6.1, dev-mode-exempted).
