Notes
REG-NIVO-CHEMO-ESCC (nivolumab 360mg + cisplatin 80mg/m² + 5-FU 800mg/m²/d D1-5 q3w) needs to be authored. Until then, reference CheckMate-648 protocol. Nivolumab flat dose 360mg q3w (or 240mg q2w equivalent) is used in combination. Maximum 2 years nivolumab. Cisplatin 80mg/m² is higher than standard 75mg/m² in many protocols — use institutional dosing with renal adjustment.
