Introduces new Regimen REG-PACLITAXEL-KAPOSI (reuses the existing DRUG-PACLITAXEL entity). evidence_level set to `low` and strength_of_recommendation to `conditional` specifically because of the unresolved KS-specific dosing gap (see `rationale` and the Regimen's own `notes`) -- NOT because the FDA-approved-2L-status fact itself is uncertain. Not referenced from ALGO-KAPOSI-1L's output_indications (that Algorithm is explicitly scoped to 1L routing); reachable via IND-KAPOSI-1L-VISCERAL-PLD.followed_by. A dedicated 2L algorithm is out of scope for this authoring pass. INDEPENDENT REVIEW CORRECTION (2026-07-11): an earlier draft cited SRC-NCCN-SKIN-2025 with position "supports".
