One-time inpatient step-up induction phase prior to weekly monotherapy (REGIMEN-TECLISTAMAB-MONO-MM). MajesTEC-1 schedule: 0.06 → 0.3 → 1.5 mg/kg SC at days 1, 4, 7 with ≥48h between doses. Hospitalization for ≥48h after each step-up dose AND first full dose required by FDA label and EMA SmPC due to CRS risk (~72% any-grade, ~1% Grade 3-4 in MajesTEC-1).
