One-time inpatient step-up induction phase prior to QW or Q2W monotherapy. CRS rate ~76% any-grade, ~3% Grade 3+ in MonumenTAL-1 (similar between QW and Q2W cohorts). The Q2W target requires an additional fourth step-up dose (0.8 mg/kg) before the patient is on the maintenance interval.
