Q2W maintenance schedule cohort of MonumenTAL-1 (Chari 2022, NEJM): triple-class refractory MM, ORR ~72%, mDOR ~13 mo, with reduced dysgeusia / weight loss vs the 0.4 mg/kg QW cohort. FDA approved this schedule in 2023 alongside QW. Preferred maintenance schedule when patient tolerated step-up to 0.8 mg/kg target. The QW alternative is documented in REGIMEN-TALQUETAMAB-MONO-MM.
