Notes
Standalone authoring of the cycle-1 step-up sub-schedule for epcoritamab subcutaneous dosing. Step-up sequence — 0.16 mg → 0.8 mg → 48 mg — with prophylactic prednisolone 100 mg × 4 days around each dose suppresses any-grade CRS to ~50% (predominantly Grade 1-2; G≥3 ~3%) per EPCORE NHL-1. Sub-regimen entity authored separately to enable reuse across DLBCL / FL / future indications and to provide a single entity for renderer to surface the cycle-1 hospital-monitoring + corticosteroid prophylaxis pattern. Combine with parent schedule (REGIMEN-EPCORITAMAB-MONO-DLBCL-3L) for full course. Bibliographic record SRC-EPCORE-NHL-1-THIEBLEMONT-2023 is available; clinical claim linkage requires dual clinical sign-off.
