Notes

First-in-class SMO inhibitor for BCC. ERIVANCE: ORR 43% (mBCC), 30% (laBCC). High discontinuation rate due to AEs (~50% by 9 months), not progression. Drug holiday strategy (intermittent dosing) may reduce AE burden while maintaining some control. Cemiplimab is the approved option after HHI failure.
