Notes

OVA-301 phase 3: overall mPFS 7.3 vs 5.8 mo (HR 0.79); benefit largest in partially-platinum-sensitive (PFI 6-12 mo) subgroup — mPFS 7.4 vs 5.5 mo (HR 0.65), mOS 23.0 vs 17.1 mo (HR 0.59). Used in 3L+ where re-platinum is undesirable (cumulative neuropathy, hypersensitivity, short PFI). Mandatory central venous access for trabectedin (24-h infusion option in sarcoma; 3-h for ovarian per OVA-301). Cumulative anthracycline tracking: stop PLD at lifetime ~550 mg/m².
