Notes

STUB. TIP composition and general dosing convention (paclitaxel d1; ifosfamide+cisplatin d1-3 with mandatory mesna; q21d) mirrors the EAU-guideline TIP regimen for penile SCC, and is distinct in schedule from the germ-cell-tumor salvage TIP already in this KB (REG-TIP-GCT-SALVAGE — 24h paclitaxel infusion, ifosfamide/cisplatin days 2-5). Drafted pending clinical co-lead signoff (CHARTER §6.1; dev-mode-exempted for draft merge). No phase III RCT exists in this rare disease — evidence base is small phase II / retrospective series; EAU guidelines list TIP as an option alongside cisplatin+5-FU, and additionally as neoadjuvant therapy before consolidative nodal surgery in regionally advanced disease.
