Notes
E7438-G000-101 (Morschhauser 2020): r/r FL after ≥2 prior lines — ORR 69% in EZH2-mutated cohort (median DOR ~10.9 mo); ORR 35% in EZH2-WT (median DOR ~13 mo). FDA-approved both EZH2-mut (per companion test) and EZH2-WT FL after ≥2 prior lines. Mutation testing (BIO-EZH2-Y641) prefer-but-not-mandate before treatment in ≥3L setting. Ongoing post-marketing surveillance for secondary T-LBL/AML (signal originally seen in pediatric INI1-sarcoma trials, unclear in lymphoma).
