R-DHAP (Rituximab + Dexamethasone + HD-Cytarabine + Cisplatin) × 2-3 cycles → ASCT/alloSCT (r/r Burkitt salvage; non-cross-resistant alternative to R-ICE)

Deterministic view of the source YAML entity. Clinical authority remains with the cited source IDs and reviewer sign-off state.

Knowledge-base record for audit. Provisional clinical content: this is not a prescription. An oncologist must verify original sources, applicability and review status. Full rules and constraints are in the YAML.

Notes

R-DHAP is non-cross-resistant alternative to R-ICE for r/r aggressive B-cell NHL salvage. Cisplatin + HiDAC + steroid mechanism vs ICE ifosfamide + carboplatin + etoposide. For Burkitt specifically: HiDAC component provides additional CNS-penetrant cytotoxicity beyond IT therapy. Used either as 1st salvage OR after R-ICE failure (CORAL trial showed R-DHAP and R-ICE comparable in DLBCL salvage; choice often dictated by pre-existing neuropathy [favors R-ICE] vs. anthracycline cumulative dose [favors R-DHAP] vs. ototoxicity / renal function [favors R-ICE]). CR2 with ASCT consolidation is goal in fit younger r/r Burkitt.
