Notes

Wang 2013 (Leukemia) — P-GEMOX in r/r NK/T-cell lymphoma ORR ~80%, CR ~50%; comparable to SMILE with less toxicity. Asparaginase remains essential for activity (P-glycoprotein-bypass mechanism shared with SMILE). For localized stage I/II — concurrent CRT with RT 50 Gy + 2-3 cycles. DDGP (dexamethasone + cisplatin + gemcitabine + pegaspargase) is a related modified regimen with similar efficacy.
