Requires a positive diagnostic MIBG scan (MIBG avidity) before therapeutic administration -- this is a prerequisite modelled as a free-text decision-tree condition in ALGO-PHEO-1L rather than a Test/Biomarker entity (none exists in the KB for MIBG-scan positivity as of this authoring pass).
