Notes

Single course produces durable CR (median PFS >10 years) in >85% of HCL — among the most effective single-agent regimens in oncology. Mandatory PJP + HSV prophylaxis ≥1 year post (profound CD4 lymphopenia 6-12 mo). Rituximab can be added (CdA + rituximab) to improve depth of response in selected cases.
