Notes
Lymphodepleting conditioning phase for cilta-cel (ciltacabtagene autoleucel, REG-CILTACEL-MM-3L + REG-CILTACEL-MM-2L). Standardized in CARTITUDE-1 phase-1b/2 (Berdeja Lancet 2021) and re-used in CARTITUDE-4 (San-Miguel NEJM 2023): fludarabine 30 mg/m² + cyclophosphamide 300 mg/m² IV daily × 3 days, days -5 to -3. Distinct from the 500 mg/m² Cy regimen used with axi-cel / brexu-cel. Single course immediately preceding CAR-T infusion; no maintenance. STUB — pending Co-Lead sign-off. TODO: register SRC-CARTITUDE-4-SAN-MIGUEL-2023 is available; source-to-claim mapping still requires dual clinical review before it can support this regimen.
