Notes

ZUMA-5 trial (Jacobson 2022): r/r FL after ≥2 prior lines (incl anti-CD20 + alkylator) — ORR ~94%, CR ~79%, median DOR not reached at 4-year follow-up (~57% of complete responders remain in remission at 4 years). Best response rates of any 3L+ FL therapy. Toxicity similar to ZUMA-1 (DLBCL) but lower-grade in indolent setting: Grade ≥3 CRS ~7%, Grade ≥3 ICANS ~19%. Centre must be FACT/JACIE/ REMS-accredited. Bridging therapy if needed during 3-4 week manufacturing window. Ukraine: not registered — access barrier dominant. Liso-cel (TRANSCEND FL-001) is alternative CAR-T product with lower CRS/ICANS — separate Regimen entity (future).
