Notes

Adapted from AETHERA (Moskowitz 2015 cHL) — extrapolated to systemic ALCL high-risk post-autoSCT (primary refractory, relapse <12 mo, multiple lines pre-ASCT, extranodal at relapse). Strongest rationale for ALK-negative ALCL where natural history post-ASCT remains poor. ECHELON-2 follow-up data (Horwitz 2022, 5-yr) further supports BV consolidation strategies in CD30+ T-cell. Off-label in this setting per NCCN — practice-level recommendation, not registration.
