Notes
BENTLY trial (Damaj 2013): r/r PTCL — ORR 50%, CR 28% in mixed cohort (incl ALCL, AITL, PTCL NOS). Useful broad salvage option, particularly when brentuximab not accessible. Alkylator-driven mechanism, distinct from HDAC / ALK TKI / brentuximab — useful in heavily pretreated. AITL subgroup especially responsive. HBV screening + entecavir prophylaxis if HBsAg+ or anti-HBc+ MANDATORY (immunosuppression risk). Often used as bridge to allo / autoSCT in transplant-eligible responders.
