Notes
Kim 2020 (Blood) phase 2 in r/r EBV-driven NK/T-cell lymphoma — ORR ~38%, CR ~24%; PD-L1 expression in >70% of NK/T-NL provides rationale. Sintilimab (anti-PD-1) from ORIENT-4 (Tao 2021) showed similar activity but is China-only registration. Pembrolizumab off-label also active in case series. Bridge to alloSCT in fit responders preferred — sustained response without consolidation uncommon. Standard ICI immune-mediated AE protocol applies.
