Notes

ECHELON-1 trial (Connors 2018, follow-up 2022): superior OS for advanced cHL vs ABVD (HR ~0.59 for OS at 6 years). Bleomycin replaced by brentuximab → eliminates BPT risk. G-CSF mandatory (vs ABVD where G-CSF is not routinely required, but is not universally contraindicated). Preferred 1L for advanced Hodgkin per NCCN where brentuximab accessible.

Evidence for specific statements

These citations cover only the statements and scopes shown. They do not establish clinical approval of this record.

BV-AVD requires primary G-CSF prophylaxis and neuropathy monitoring for both brentuximab vedotin and vinblastine. Both use days 1 and 15 of a 28-day cycle, not R-CHOP monitoring.

Regimen-specific monitoring only; not whole-record efficacy, eligibility, dosing or pediatric clinical approval.
