Notes
This regimen entry intentionally bundles dasatinib / nilotinib / bosutinib as one Indication-mapped option. Selection per ELN 2020 comorbidity matrix (see notes in DRUG entries). Faster early molecular response vs imatinib (DASISION, ENESTnd, BFORE trials) but no consistent OS benefit — choice driven by treatment goal (TFR ambition) + comorbidity. Asciminib (STAMP) and ponatinib reserved for resistance / T315I. STUB — requires clinical co-lead signoff before publication.
