Non-small cell lung cancer · line 1 · Pembrolizumab monotherapy (NSCLC PD-L1 ≥50%, driver-negative, 1L)
Deterministic view of the source YAML entity. Clinical authority remains with the cited source IDs and reviewer sign-off state.
Knowledge-base record for audit. Provisional clinical content: this is not a prescription. An oncologist must verify original sources, applicability and review status. Full rules and constraints are in the YAML.

Notes
Wires BIO-TMB-HIGH for the first time. Per docs/BIOMARKER_CATALOG.md rationale: PER-DISEASE wiring, not pan-tumor abstraction (KEYNOTE-158 excluded NSCLC; engine selection is cleaner per-disease). Engine usage: this indication should appear as ALTERNATIVE track when PD-L1 TPS is ambiguous (1-49%) or when patient prefers ICI mono over chemo-IO combo. Wired as standalone IND so the algorithm (ALGO-NSCLC-METASTATIC-1L, separate task) can route TMB-high cases here when PD-L1-based default is suboptimal. Driver mutations (EGFR / ALK) explicitly excluded — those have superior targeted therapies (osimertinib / alectinib).
