Notes
STUB — v0.2-A continuation. Two-Co-Lead signoff queued. Eradication regimen (REG-HP-BISMUTH-QUADRUPLE or REG-HP-PPI-CLAR-AMOX or REG-HP-VONOPRAZAN-AMOX) needs separate authoring with new Drug entities (clarithromycin, amoxicillin, omeprazole/vonoprazan, bismuth subcitrate, tetracycline). Indication currently authored with recommended_regimen=null and regimen options in rationale; future commit replaces with proper Regimen FK once those entities land. Sources TODO: IARC Monograph 100B (H. pylori Group 1), Maastricht VI / Florence Consensus 2022, AGA 2024 H. pylori treatment guideline as new SRC-* entities.
