Notes
GCB (germinal center B-cell): CD10+ OR (CD10− BCL6+ MUM1−). ABC/non-GCB: CD10− BCL6+ MUM1+ OR CD10− BCL6−. Gold-standard is GEP (gene-expression profiling) but Hans IHC is widely used proxy. ABC subtype historically worse outcome on R-CHOP; some agents (ibrutinib, lenalidomide) show preferential ABC activity in trials. Does not yet drive 1L regimen choice in our algorithm — informational stratification.
