Notes
STUB — pending Clinical Co-Lead sign-off. Distinct from IND-NSCLC-2L-MET-EX14-CAPMATINIB (MET ex14 skipping, FDA label). Off-label MET-amp use supported by GEOMETRY mono-1 high-amp cohort + NCCN/ESMO 2024-2025 listing. Tepotinib alternative (separate Indication or shared with MET-amp; this chunk uses capmatinib as default per existing REG-CAPMATINIB-NSCLC reuse). Acquired-resistance context (post-osimertinib in EGFR-mut) currently routes to amivantamab + lazertinib via existing IND-NSCLC-2L-EGFR-POST-OSI-AMI-LAZ; this IND addresses primarily the de-novo MET-amp NSCLC population.
