PD-L1 assay note: IMpower010 used the SP142 assay (Ventana). The SP142 clone is NOT interchangeable with 22C3 TPS (used for pembrolizumab). A patient PD-L1 result must be specifically tested with the SP142 assay for eligibility determination per this indication. Stage IB eligibility restricted to tumours ≥4 cm per protocol (not all IB tumours). OS not yet mature at primary analysis (32.2 month median follow-up); longer follow-up data awaited.
